Esther is a seventeen-year-old schoolgirl who has been raised in a deeply religious household alongside her twin-sister Veronica. Due to her sheltered and somewhat conservative upbringing, she has grown used to repressing her sexuality. However, when she finds herself alone with her best friend Alana, Esther finds herself delving too far into desire, and cannibalises her friend – or so she thinks. Convinced of her predatory nature, Esther struggles to hide her true self from her mother and sister later that night at dinner.
