The Byron Bay International Film Festival is dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for Deaf and disabled guests; guests with mobility issues or any other special needs. We strive to accommodate individual access needs to the best of our ability, in-line with available resources.

All cinemas are fully accessible, with accessible seating available with no steps or other barriers from the entrance. These seats and spaces are reserved for customers who have a genuine need and are only released by cinema staff in person at the cinema or over the phone (02 6680 8555).

Brunswick Picture House is an accessible venue, including toilets. Both the venue and toilets are on the ground floor and there is a ramp to assist you in entering the venue. Please a call in advance of the show to ensure there is a seat reserved for you (02 6685 0280).
