In September 2022 Sarah was given a brain in the form of GPT-3. Then in March 2023 she was enabled with ChatGPT. All this time she has happily been chatting away with all her human friends. Sarah lives on the Internet with the use of Pixel Streaming.

Marcus was born in Australia of American parents, educated in Switzerland and speaks three languages. He has written and published four books, including the first about travel information on the Internet in 1994, The Electronic Traveler. In 2021 he completed a Master of Creative Industries on virtual human systems (AI in VR). His specialty is artificial intelligence (AI) programming and creating intelligent bots in 3D virtual worlds.

J’aimee is the Director of BBFF as well as an XR producer and strategist who established Collective Reality, a cross-platform company that develops and highlights projects which use digital technology to share human experiences. As CEO she collaborates with VFX and animation professionals to generate international and Australian co-productions, creating VR and AR capabilities which truly excite both audiences and industry.

Ossie founded GreenhouseFX 3DVR in the Byron Shire in 1999 with a focus on delivering world-class immersive animation, stereoscopic content and technological support to Australian and international XR creators across the fields of training, engineering, science and entertainment. Dedicated to nurturing traditional cinema culture, in 2005 he co-founded BBFF and contributes his expertise as the festival's Technical Director.

Nathan is the CEO and Executive Producer of the award-winning New Canvas, a next-generation media company that produces and publishes immersive entertainment for digital-first audiences. Beginning his professional life in film and television, Nathan transitioned to a career in multiplatform digital development and transmedia content creation. He has worked with big brands such as Disney, BBC, NBC Universal, Foxtel and the ABC.
